Description

The CW6163B/6180B/6194 Conventional Horizontal Lathe Series is primarily suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and other rotary parts. It can process various conventional metric, imperial, module, and pitch threads, and can also cut oil grooves and keyways. The series of lathes has the following features:

The bedside wall adopts a double-ribbed plate design, with the inner rib shape using a box-type and slanted rib combination structure. The machine's rigidity is higher than that of typical lathes, providing stable accuracy and enabling heavy-duty cutting.
The cross slide is equipped with a rapid-moving structure and is operated with a single handle for intuitive control. The spindle's forward and reverse rotation direction and braking are user-selectable, with options for hydraulic control or manual mechanical control.
The bed saddle guideways are made of bonded "TSF" soft band wear-resistant material.
Based on user requirements, the tool post can automatically feed, and the upper tool post can be used independently to turn short conical surfaces. Additionally, the upper tool post, in conjunction with the longitudinal feed, can be used for turning long conical surfaces.
