C61160 (32T) Heavy Duty Conventional Lathe

This series of lathes features an overall box-shaped structure with three rectangular guide rails. It uses high-standard cast iron (HT300) for molding casting, followed by secondary aging treatment for stable performance. The width of the guide rail is 1600mm. The machine's main drive is powered by a 75KW DC motor. The main motor and the transmission mechanism are connected through a flexible coupling. The power is transmitted to the chuck via mechanical gears and a helical gear vice, allowing the chuck to achieve the required torque. The spindle shaft has a split structure, supported by two bearings at the front and rear, ensuring high radial and axial stiffness as well as high rotational accuracy.

This series of machine tools offers both manual and mobile functions. The entire turret consists of a large tool frame, a horizontal turret, a turret, and a small turret. The tool holder has three feed motions: the longitudinal feed of the large tool holder, the horizontal feed of the cross tool holder, and the longitudinal feed of the upper tool holder. The tailstock consists of an upper and lower body. The upper body is equipped with a sleeve, spindle, and pressure sensor, while the lower body includes a fast-moving tailstock mechanism, a stop body, and a hand-operated pressure pump. (Optional sizes: Ф2000mm and Ф1600mm.) The C61200 is equipped with a Ф2000mm heavy-duty manual four-jaw chuck (optional sizes: Ф1600mm, Ф1800mm).

This series of machine tools offers two types of center frames: a closed center frame and an open center frame.

These machines are universal lathes, suitable for high-speed steel and carbide cutting tools. They can process various materials, including shaft parts, cylindrical and disc-shaped parts, turning the outer diameter, end faces, cutting, boring, internal and external cone turning, and can also be used for threading and other processes (up to 600mm in length).
